Returns:

Returns are accepted for store credit only, within 14 days of ship date. Items to be returned in condition that they were shipped (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed). If time period has passed or items are not in acceptable condition, store credit will not be provided. Sale items are non-refundable/final sale. To complete return, receipt is required. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

Once item has been received and inspected, an email will be sent to you letting you know we have received the item(s). At this time, we will notify you of approval or denial of refund.

Upon approval(s), you will receive an email with a gift card for store credit for the purchase price of item(s) at time of purchase.

 

*BAUS is not responsible for packages that have been lost/stolen once tracking info reflects delivered to address provided. Please contact your local USPS with any questions regarding delivered packages.
